Damages and Returns:

As our products are designed for single-use, we are able to accept returns. We request you kindly inspect your package once it is arrived upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect order item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will asses the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

We only will take in as a refund damage packages and open item package purchased.

Refunds and cancellations should you need o cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. We can only accommodate cancellations before the order has been shipped. In event of refund, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please not it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
