Shipping information:

Standard shipping: Estimated 3-9  business days

Express shipping: Delivery 1-2 business days

We only ship across Canada at the moment. 

Processing time:

Currently, our processing time ranges from 1 to 7 business days. Once your order is shipping, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and information.

Address Issues:

If you have provided and incorrect shipping address please feel free to contact me immediately at Monsavonserenity@gmail.com. If your order has not been shipped yet we can fix the issue, once is been shipped we are unable to make any changes.

If your shipping address is invalid or nonexistent at the time of shipping, we will contact you to obtain an updated shipping address. If not received within 48 hours your order will be automatic cancellation. 

If in a event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address due to your part, of an incorrect information, we can offer you a refund or reship the order to you, you providing to coverage of the additional shipping cost.
